General Terms & Conditions for Devotees to Avail Temple Services
- Devotees seeking services must provide accurate personal details while booking.
- Children below 10 years age may be exempted from certain services at the temple’s discretion.
- Services such as darshan pass, pooja, donation, accommodation or any other portal seva must
be booked through the official temple channels (website counter, etc.).
- Confirmation of booking will be communicated via receipt & SMS.
- All services will be performed strictly according to the temple’s schedule.
- Devotees are requested to arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
Late arrival may lead to cancellation without refund.
- Once services are booked, cancellation is not permitted and the amount will not be
refunded under any circumstances.
- Use of mobile phones, cameras, video recording, and photography inside the temple is strictly
prohibited.
- Any misbehavior, inappropriate dress, or violation of temple discipline may lead to denial of
services.
- Offerings made by devotees (flowers, coconuts, prasad, etc.) must follow temple guidelines.
- Donations are non-refundable and will be utilized for temple activities, development, and welfare
services.
- Devotees must comply with safety and security checks. Persons under the influence of alcohol or
prohibited substances will not be allowed inside temple premises.
- Devotees must strictly follow the instructions given by the priests at the time of
rituals.
- The temple reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services in unavoidable circumstances (ritual
requirements, administrative reasons, natural calamities, etc.).
- The temple reserves the right to alter service timings, fees, or policies without
prior notice.
- The final decision of the temple authorities shall be binding in all matters.
Darshan pass booking
By booking a darshan pass through the temple's official devotee portal, devotees agree to the following
terms & conditions:
- Darshan passes must be booked only through the temple's official devotee portal.
- Devotees must provide accurate details (name, mobile number, age, ID proof, contact
details) at the time of booking.
- Devotees are requested to kindly carry the booking receipt & ID proof mentioned at the time
of booking. Photocopies or alternate IDs will not be accepted.
- The temple authorities shall verify the identity of each devotee against the original identification
document provided at the time of booking, and entry will be permitted only upon successful
verification.
- Only those persons whose names are entered at the time of booking will be allowed.
Except childrens below 10 years, entry of extra persons, substitutes, or representatives on behalf
of the booked devotee is strictly prohibited.
- Change of date, time slot, or transfer of booking is not permitted under any
circumstances.
- Once the payment has been made and the darshan pass has been booked, no refund & no
cancellation will be permitted under any circumstances.
- Devotees must arrive at the temple at least 10 minutes before the allotted slot. Late
arrivals beyond the slot time may result in denial of entry, and the pass will be
treated as invalid.
- Discipline and decorum must be maintained inside the temple premises. Any misconduct may lead to
denial of darshan
- Use of mobile phones, cameras, photography, and videography inside temple is
strictly prohibited.
- Devotees must comply with security checks at the entrance. Items restricted by the temple must not
be carried.
- The temple reserves the right to cancel or reschedule darshan passes in case of administrative
reasons, rituals, festivals, natural calamities, or emergencies. In such cases, devotees will be
informed, but no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
- The final decision of the temple authorities will be binding on all matters.
All Types Poojas Booking
By booking a Pooja through the temple's official devotee portal, devotees agree to the following
terms & conditions:
- All poojas are performed by authorized temple priests as per traditional Vedic procedures.
- Devotees must provide accurate information while pooja booking (name, ID Proof, gotra, contact
details, pooja date etc.).
- Only 2 persons are allowed in Temple gabhara to perform the pooja & remaining persons are allowed for darshan only
- Once the payment has been made and the pooja has been booked, no refund will be
permitted under any circumstances.
- Devotees are requested to kindly carry booking receipt & their same original
identification documents which are mentioned at the time of pooja booking.
- Only those persons whose names are entered at the time of booking will be allowed.
Except childrens below 10 years, entry of extra persons, substitutes, or representatives on behalf
of the booked devotee is strictly prohibited.
- Change of date, time slot, or transfer of booking is not permitted under any circumstances.
- Temple authorities reserve the rights to reschedule or cancel the pooja in case of emergency or
any
significant reasons.
- Devotees must reach 15 minutes before performing pooja. Confirm their participation &
identifications by informing the temple's office.
- For performing poojas, in case devotees are unable to reach on the scheduled date and time, the
Trust reserves the rights to cancel or reschedule the pooja according to new available date.
- Devotees must strictly follow the instructions given by the priests and terms & conditions of
temple
trust.
Donation
By donating the funds from temple's official devotee portal, devotees agree to the following
terms & conditions:
- Devotees must provide accurate information while donating the amount (name, contact details, PAN (if
required) and occassion etc.).
- Rs. 2000 and above donation amount, PAN is mandatory.
- Once the payment has been made no refund will be permitted under any circumstances.
- Your donation amount is utilized for temple activities, development, and welfare services.
- Donation to this temple is eligible for TAX exemption under section 80G.
- PAN must be provided to avail the TAX exemption under 80G.
Accommodation
By booking Accommodation service through the temple's official devotee portal, devotees agree to the
following terms & conditions:
- Once the payment has been made and the room has been booked, no refund will be
permitted under any circumstances.
- Devotees are requested to kindly carry booking receipt & their same original identification
documents which are mentioned at the time of room booking.
- Only those persons whose names are entered at the time of room booking will be
allowed. Entry of substitutes, or representatives on behalf of the booked devotee is strictly
prohibited.
- The temple authorities shall verify the identity of each devotee against the original identification
document provided at the time of booking, and entry will be permitted only upon successful
verification.
- Change of date or transfer of booking is not permitted under any circumstances.
- Devotees must comply with safety and security checks. Persons under the influence of alcohol or
prohibited substances will not be allowed.
- Discipline and decorum must be maintained inside the temple premises. Any misconduct may lead to
denial accommodation & related services to accommodation.
- The final decision of the temple authorities will be binding on all matters.
